Addressing the changing climate is not a one-party issue.

We are Texas women con­cerned about the envi­ron­ment and cli­mate chal­lenges, as well as their polit­i­cal ram­i­fi­ca­tions. We have joined forces to pro­vide edu­ca­tion and resources to all Tex­ans regard­ing the cli­mate and ways to address envi­ron­men­tal con­cerns while con­tin­u­ing to pro­mote a strong and inno­v­a­tive econ­o­my in our state.

We have a suc­cess sto­ry in Texas, let’s con­tin­ue that suc­cess sto­ry! We’re not pro­mot­ing the “Green New Deal” and we don’t want gov­ern­ment dic­tat­ing how pri­vate busi­ness oper­ates, but to avoid that we need to take action TODAY. We need to look toward the future and pro­vide new career oppor­tu­ni­ties that also pro­tect the beau­ty of our state. We need to embrace new tech­nol­o­gy and pri­or­i­tize those tech­nolo­gies that will also pro­tect our plan­et and our health.

Texans have always been leaders in energy innovation.

We can all do better.

While Texas has a lot to be proud of, we can (and should) always strive to do bet­ter. Polling shows that Tex­ans care about the chang­ing cli­mate and are increas­ing­ly demand­ing action from our busi­ness and polit­i­cal lead­ers. We can’t just sit back and wait on this issue. Change is hap­pen­ing, let’s be part of the solution!
