Clear Skies Texas was formed in 2021 by seven politically engaged, conservative women, who came together to form the first board of directors. These women all share a vision to ensure Texas maintains its role as a worldwide leader in energy for generations to come and a mission to educate the public about how free-market innovation can mitigate climate challenges for the next generation of Texans.
These women came together to form a new nonprofit to provide resources, education and leadership on these issues for all Texans.
“I am proud to work with this outstanding group of women, who recognize that innovation will not only provide new jobs and economic prosperity, but will leave a positive impact on our planet and the health and safety of future generations,” said Clear Skies Texas Executive Director Courtney DeBower. “It’s time for Texans to speak open-mindly about our changing climate and the impact on our lives. This should not be a one party issue, and will not be solved by one party solutions.”
